Quiche is such a great dish to use up fridge stragglers, and it’s so easy! In my case, I used it because I had leftover pie dough from a pear blueberry pie I had made.

Whisk eggs, milk, and spices together. Pile rest of ingredients into pre-baked pie crust, and pour egg mixture on top (the amount I listed here is too much…it overflowed on me-oops!). Bake 375°F 40 mins.
Quiche originated in Germany and the word quiche comes from the German word for cake, kuchen.

About:

Things I love: cooking, baking, experimenting with new recipes, working with my hands, the great outdoors, sunny breezy days, bodies of water, traveling, running, tea, coffee, chai lattes, things that are colorful and/or shiny, babies, and dogs. This blog documents the first three.
