On Friday night, for likely the first time ever, Wegman’s disappointed me. They were out of stock of ripe avocados, cilantro, French bread, and almond meal. Well, how am I supposed to make macarons without almond meal? With hazelnut meal, I guess.
So I made hazelnut macarons with dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate raspberry ganache.
